  • •Deep knowledge of trade marketing and retail media KPIs
  • •Proven revenue ownership, negotiation strength, and CRM proficiency
  • •Fluent in German (C1+) and English

  • •Own revenue and pipeline for DACH, including forecasting and deal reviews
  • •Build and scale the go-to-market playbook for the DACH region
  • •Lead and coach a high-performing Sales and KAM team
  • •Drive strategic annual negotiations with partners
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Tech, Campaign Management, and Data/BI
  • •Ensure strong governance with accurate CRM documentation
  • •Develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment
  • •Build and manage the Agency Partner Program
