- •Deep knowledge of trade marketing and retail media KPIs
- •Proven revenue ownership and negotiation strength
- •CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
- •Fluent German (C1+) and English
- •Hybrid working-friendly mindset
- •Regular presence in Cologne and with partners

- •Own DACH revenue, pipeline forecasting, and deal reviews
- •Build and scale regional go-to-market playbooks
- •Lead and coach the Sales and KAM team
- •Enable team capabilities in consultative selling and storytelling
- •Steer strategic annual negotiations and executive sponsorships
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Tech and Data teams
- •Maintain strong governance and flawless CRM documentation
- •Develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment
- •Manage the Agency Partner Program and training initiatives
