Associate Director of Forecasting Europe - Innovative Medicine(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic forecasting for Europe, collaborating with various teams to develop accurate forecasts and plans. Your work will directly influence business decisions and drive financial success across multiple markets.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• •Bachelor degree
• •Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex analyses
• •Strong change management skills and innovation mindset
• •Strong influencing/negotiation skills combined with business acumen
• •Team player in a collaborative, multicultural environment
• •Excellent presentation skills
• •Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
• •Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%)
• •Intellectual curiosity to bring strategic ideas and insights
• •Strong technical skills to build forecasting tools and leverage secondary data
• •Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex analyses

Tasks

• •Provide forecasts and analysis for strategic goals
• •Develop long-range and supply plans
• •Support Inline and Pipeline opportunity assessments
• •Lead forecasting efforts on product data and reporting teams
• •Collaborate with European countries on forecasts for 27 markets
• •Create sales trending and forecasting models for Specialty Products
• •Develop and optimize forecasting tools for planning cycles
• •Share best practices in forecasting with the Global Forecasting COE
• •Lead cross-functional teams to design forecast models
• •Work with Business Development to evaluate new opportunities
• •Coordinate with Marketing and Market Access on rebate agreements and price changes
• •Identify forecasting needs and contribute to business planning and budgeting
