- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
- Knowledge of international gene therapy market
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in European languages
- Understanding of global healthcare systems and market access
Tasks
- Design and implement tactical plans to enhance field team performance across EMEA markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and regional execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to market dynamics and organizational priorities
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for engagements
- Manage launch readiness plans and ensure alignment with regional strategies
- Partner with Commercial Training to improve field team capabilities through tailored programs
