- Ability to build predictive metric architectures
- Proven ability to apply P&L lens to customer success initiatives
- Ensuring customer happiness contributes to profitability and lifetime value
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Experience navigating complex global matrix
- Influencing senior leadership for customer-centric priorities
- Self-starter mentality
- Operating as business owner with minimal supervision
- High self-organization
- Ability to deconstruct messy, cross-functional challenges
- Clear, prioritized workstreams creation
- Intrinsic drive to champion user experience
- Passion for creating measurable customer journey improvements
Tasks
- Set standards for Customer Experience excellence
- Define and steer Customer Success roadmap
- Manage Active Customers and retention strategies
- Lead high-impact projects for onboarding and lifecycle
- Institutionalize Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs
- Collaborate with cluster leadership on KPIs
- Identify and resolve operational friction points
- Leverage AI and offshoring for automation and scaling
