Requirements

• •Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• •Long-term experience in computational sciences applied to drug discovery
• •Strong leadership experience in line management
• •Ability to plan, allocate and manage resources efficiently
• •Proven track record of scientific and pharmaceutical accomplishments
• •Expertise in computationally driven target identification
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration
• •Experience in mentoring junior scientists

Tasks

• •Lead and manage a team of computational biologists
• •Foster a culture of collaboration and scientific excellence
• •Serve as the primary contact for the global Liver Health team
• •Ensure alignment across the CRM therapeutic area portfolio
• •Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members
• •Spearhead computational biology methods for target and biomarker discovery
• •Establish standards for data analysis and reproducibility
• •Translate computational results into actionable insights for stakeholders
• •Collaborate with CRM scientists to validate novel drug targets
• •Integrate multi-omics, genetics, and clinical data into discovery workflows
• •Drive innovation through internal and external research collaborations
