- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Own specific L2C sub-processes
- Drive operational excellence and digital transformation
- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations
- Collaborate with Global Process Owner L2C
- Define and execute L2C strategy
- Standardize and improve processes continuously
- Co-lead S/4HANA implementation projects
- Focus on SD, MM, FI modules and satellite systems
- Standardize processes and integrate digital solutions
- Support vision and strategy for global L2C processes
- Co-lead governance meetings
- Contribute to policy design
- Serve as key decision-maker
- Liaise with regional process managers and leadership
- Incorporate stakeholder needs into global initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on process improvements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Define KPIs for sub-processes
- Measure performance and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage analytics for data quality
- Prepare impactful reports and dashboards
- Ensure seamless integration of L2C processes
