Structuring and executing investment-grade bonds and Schuldscheine for DACH region clients. Minimum 3 years' capital markets experience required. Support for transaction origination and client material preparation.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, ideally in DCM or Financing
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and financing structures (ideally bonds/Schuldscheine)
  • Solid analytical skills and financial model knowledge
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, ideally Bloomberg experience
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good understanding of business environment and competitive landscape
  • Ability to independently manage assignments and deliver goals
  • Very strong attention to detail and responsibility for work quality
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Tasks

  • Support origination and execution of bond and Schuldscheine transactions
  • Prepare client materials, financing analyses, and market updates
  • Contribute to structuring discussions and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate with Syndicate, Sales, Coverage, and Legal teams
  • Manage workstreams to ensure efficient transaction execution and timelines
  • Build and maintain client relationships at the working level
  • Support business development initiatives and client dialogues
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and strong attention to detail
  • Deliver high-quality work products and take ownership of output
  • Anticipate client and team needs proactively and timely
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear presentations
  • Contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing
