Tasks
- Manage a pipeline of deals across European markets
- Facilitate dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and management teams
- Lead efforts to open new markets, including entity setup and compliance
- Conduct KYC and validate real estate transaction structures
- Oversee local counsel in document negotiation and due diligence
- Underwrite transactions and prepare recommendations for senior executives
- Advise on various commercial and corporate matters
