- Identify business opportunities using reporting tools
- Adjust product placement and stock levels based on data
- Represent the store in meetings and conference calls
- Monitor expenses, sell-thru metrics, and business budgets
- Plan future workflows to protect store performance
- Coach and develop the visual and operations team
- Recruit talent and manage succession planning
- Create schedules that prioritize business strategy
- Implement the company sales and service model
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet organizational goals
