Tasks

  • •Manage, develop, and coach employees
  • •Record and maintain team absence records
  • •Induct new employees and organize training courses
  • •Implement floor management
  • •Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude
  • •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • •Ensure excellent customer service and team alignment
  • •Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers
  • •Surprise customers with beauty classes and weekend looks
  • •Update visual merchandising and implement animations
  • •Maintain order and cleanliness on the sales floor
  • •Analyze key figures and derive sales activities
  • •Create daily staff planning and coordinate employees
  • •Carry out inventories for optimal goods availability
  • •Manage merchandise from receiving to storage
  • •Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
  • •Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
  • •Deputize for the Store Manager when needed
  • •Ensure store operations comply with Sephora Audit rules
  • •Perform additional daily business tasks
