- Manage EPC and O&M contractor performance
- Coordinate with grid operators and technical service providers
- Lead contract improvements for operations
- Maintain relationships with real estate owners and tenants
- Coordinate safe on-site activities and inspections
- Ensure thorough technical handover of new assets
- Review documentation and confirm operational readiness
- Coordinate handover site activities with contractors and stakeholders
- Enhance Asset Management processes and strategies
- Identify optimization opportunities from operational insights
- Support development of Germany-specific procedures
