Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • •Minimum three years of experience in real estate management or finance
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication in German and English
  • •Strong financial modelling skills with attention to detail
  • •Experience with real estate fundamentals and valuations
  • •Ability to communicate complex messages clearly
  • •Collaboration skills at all levels of seniority

Tasks

  • •Support Senior Asset Managers with independent analysis
  • •Deliver recommendations and decision support for asset-level matters
  • •Lead financial analysis and valuation activities
  • •Perform complex cash-flow modeling and lease scenario analysis
  • •Develop CapEx business cases and long-term asset performance forecasts
  • •Conduct detailed industry, market, and tenant research
  • •Prepare investment memoranda to support asset strategies
  • •Review governing documents for compliance and risk monitoring
  • •Coordinate with external advisors and operating partners
  • •Collaborate with internal teams for successful asset operations
  • •Assist in preparing Investment Committee and investor presentations
