Description

In this role, you will assist Senior Asset Managers with daily asset management tasks, conduct in-depth research, and prepare financial models. Your work will involve strategic analysis, lease negotiations, and collaboration with various teams to ensure effective asset operations.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• •Minimum five years of experience in real estate management or finance
• •Exceptional written and verbal communication in German and English
• •Strong financial modelling skills with attention to detail
• •Experience with real estate fundamentals and valuations
• •Ability to communicate complex messages clearly
• •Collaboration skills at all levels of seniority
• •First leadership experience is a plus

Tasks

• •Support Senior Asset Managers in daily asset management
• •Prepare and maintain financial models, including cash-flow projections
• •Conduct detailed industry, market, and tenant research
• •Perform strategic asset analysis and prepare value-add strategies
• •Prepare asset-level reporting, including executive summaries and reforecasts
• •Support and lead lease negotiations and conduct Net Effective Rent analysis
• •Review governing documents and monitor compliance and risks
• •Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams for asset operations
• •Assist in preparing Investment Committee and investor presentations
