  • Knowledge in characterization and qualification strategies

  • Advanced German language skills
  • Degree (Diploma / M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Good academic results

Tasks

  • Develop analog ASIC modules for consumer ICs
  • Drive designs from concept to final implementation
  • Conduct comprehensive simulations on multiple abstraction levels
  • Perform detailed analysis with models and transistor levels
  • Derive block-level specifications from system requirements
  • Develop robust circuit concepts
  • Ensure alignment of implementation and documentation
  • Collaborate with digital, layout, and test engineering teams
  • Work in an international, globally distributed team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Analog Design methodologies
  • Enhance verification strategies and design flows
  • Participate in lab validation and ASIC wafer test
  • Conduct characterization and qualification phases
