Description

As an Artwork Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's visual identity by ensuring artwork adjustments are accurate and delivered on time. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams and managing projects to meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

• •3+ years of experience in end-to-end artwork and design processes
• •Proven track record working with artwork agencies and handling print data
• •Deep knowledge of packaging materials and printing technologies
• •Strong expertise in color separation, color proof assessment, and pre-press troubleshooting
• •Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards for packaging and labeling
• •Can-do attitude: positive, proactive, and solution-oriented
• •Structured, analytical, and efficient working style
• •Excellent project management skills: ability to stay focused, set priorities, and remain organized
• •Team player who thrives in a cross-functional role within an international matrix organization
• •Completed training as a production graphic designer or equivalent qualification
• •Experience with workflow management systems is a plus
• •Excellent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• •SAP knowledge is beneficial

Tasks

• •Take ownership of the artwork process
• •Drive continuous improvement in artwork management
• •Ensure timely execution of artwork creation and changes
• •Coordinate with Marketing Managers, Legal, and Packaging Development
• •Act as the main contact for external agencies on artwork and printing
• •Independently manage artwork change projects due to legal requirements
