Tasks
- Implement the EC-funded ARISE2 project
- Support recruitment and training for 50 researchers
- Manage daily ARISE2 fellowship operations
- Develop and implement recruitment activities
- Coordinate all programme training and outreach
- Collaborate closely with ARISE2 programme leadership
- Organize programme selection rounds
- Facilitate programme-related meetings
- Communicate with directors and advisory committees
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings and record minutes
- Prepare presentations and programme materials
- Maintain records and collect feedback
- Coordinate logistics for courses and webinars
- Liaise with RICapacity on partner relations
- Develop and maintain the programme website
- Support fellows and supervisors with secondments
- Monitor fellow progress and supervision
- Promote the programme at various events
- Report deliverables to the European Commission
- Support additional postdoctoral programme activities
