- Technical understanding of high-voltage products
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office tools

- Sales affinity, negotiation, and presentation skills
Tasks
- Develop and negotiate service and repair quotations
- Provide technical expert advice to sales organizations
- Understand project-specific customer requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with engineering
- Negotiate and clarify technical customer requirements
- Analyze assigned markets for growth potential
- Implement market development strategies
- Identify and evaluate technical project risks
- Discuss project requirements with internal and external interfaces
- Identify project increases and decreases early
- Develop and implement corrective project actions
