- Independent work with minimal supervision
- Understanding and application of effective project and run rate sales management

- Entrepreneurial personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Business & Account Development in B2B
- Knowledge of CRM functions for project and sales management in Salesforce
- German and good English level, verbally and written
- Willingness to travel with control over own agenda
- Mindset and attitude valued over hard skills
Tasks
- Manage sales in Germany with a team
- Establish strong customer and channel partner relationships
- Support partners to increase sales revenue
- Provide accurate business plan forecasts
- Analyze market demand and customer trends
- Execute and report on sales pipeline
- Contribute to sales strategy and marketing mix
- Collaborate with marketing and sales engineering
- Coordinate lead process with engineering and marketing
- Negotiate proposals and prepare quotes
- Drive sales follow-up
- Maintain established gross margin
