- •Coordinate accounts and maintain customer data in Salesforce
- •Document all interactions from lead generation to reporting
- •Handle technical inquiries and customer questionnaires with internal teams
- •Monitor market and competitor developments
- •Analyze key performance indicators
- •Leverage industry events and trade fairs for market positioning
- •Identify new applications and markets for growth
- •Support new product launches and employ cold calling strategies
