Tasks

  • Support the opening of 1-2 KFC restaurants in 2026
  • Manage the full opening cycle from site handover
  • Ensure compliance with KFC operational standards during launch
  • Oversee restaurant P&L during the opening phase
  • Control operational costs to achieve profitability targets
  • Participate in preparing opening budgets
  • Optimize staffing levels and shift schedules
  • Recruit and train initial restaurant teams
  • Establish service, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Coach and mentor future Restaurant Managers
  • Liaise with KFC brand owner on standards and audits
  • Work with trade unions and authorities
  • Prepare restaurants for regulatory inspections
  • Conduct weekly on-site work for quality control
  • Analyze key performance indicators
  • Implement digital management tools per GDPR
  • Coordinate with contractors for opening
  • Monitor restaurant readiness for opening
  • Formally accept key works and systems
