Tasks
- Contribute to new product definition
- Collaborate with product development to integrate customer requirements
- Create demonstrations for new products or systems
- Generate presentations
- Create application notes, datasheets, and errata
- Visit field offices to support CAN bus devices
- Visit customer sites to support CAN bus devices
- Reproduce customer issues
- Assist customers with product integration
- Analyze customer issues and product returns
