Description

You will provide frontline technical expertise to global engineering teams, helping them utilize leading-edge test equipment to develop next-generation electronics and serial protocol technologies.

Requirements

• •Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• •Customer support experience
• •Great written and verbal communication skills
• •Strong English communication skills
• •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• •Comfortable interfacing with customers
• •Understanding of Sales cycle
• •Knowledge of electrical and electronics principles
• •Understanding of computer network configuration
• •Adherence to organizational policies
• •Experience using test instruments
• •Familiarity with Windows operating environment
• •Ability to travel up to 50%
• •Ability to obtain travel documentation
• •Standards Compliance Testing and validation experience
• •Serial protocol knowledge
• •Experience using test instruments
• •Foreign language skills
• •Hardware and Software testing experience
• •Familiarity with Windows and Linux
• •Optional foreign language skills

Tasks

• •Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
• •Respond to customer queries via web, email, and phone
• •Manage support requests through the tracking system
• •Operate protocol analyzers and test equipment
• •Deliver technical training to new and existing customers
• •Represent the company at various industry events
• •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams
• •Maintain relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• •Contribute new product proposals for future roadmaps
• •Validate and test new product releases
• •Advocate for customer needs during product development
