Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in Offshore Wind segment or electrical HV AC Substation business
  • Understanding of Power Grids and go-to-market phases
  • Focus on mission critical applications
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Intercultural skills
  • Diplomatic negotiation and closing business deals
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German (advantageous)
  • Fluency in other languages (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel (~ 30%)
  • Flexibility in international team work
  • Interest in working within an international team

Tasks

  • Lead technical development of project-specific HV AC transmission solutions
  • Support global sales team with presales assistance
  • Promote and differentiate solutions against competitors
  • Conduct analytic and diagnostic studies for optimal technical solutions
  • Develop Base Solutions for Offshore Wind with Product Management and R&D
  • Evaluate and introduce new and existing technologies
  • Share industry and product knowledge with sales and operational teams
  • Gather market information for updated market knowledge
  • Support Tender and Execution Teams technically throughout project lifecycle
