Requirements

  • •Strong background in semiconductor testing
  • •Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • •Relevant hands-on experience in semiconductor testing (1-2+ years)
  • •High achiever in fast-paced environment
  • •Collaborative, team-oriented, problem-solver
  • •Experience in using FA tools (PEM, LIT, OBIRCH, SEM-based techniques)
  • •Experience with laser optics
  • •Good understanding of semiconductor device failure modes
  • •Sample preparation experience (de-capsulation, wire-bonding)

Tasks

  • •Operate and maintain quantum diamond microscopes
  • •Analyze customer-provided semiconductors

  • •Ensure results are accurate and timely
  • •Provide structured product feedback based on operations
