- Manage and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers and Technicians
- Conduct performance management and professional development for team members
- Define and implement a roadmap for GSE and Command and Control framework
- Establish and maintain electrical AIT processes, standards, and best practices
- Provide expert technical input on system-level integration and verification
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Program Management
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical integration and test issues
- Participate in design and readiness reviews as the electrical AIT subject matter expert
- Ensure compliance of electrical integration activities with industry standards and safety protocols
- Support continuous improvement of AIT facilities, equipment, and test infrastructure
- Potentially participate in responses to BIDs for future programs
