- At least 1 year hands-on experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or related marketing discipline
- Strong expertise in positioning, messaging frameworks, ICP definition, and transforming product complexity into clear value
- Exceptional German writing and storytelling skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong understanding of customer personas, pain points, and pipeline drivers
- Comfort with conversion optimization and funnel analysis
- Strategic thinking and ability to deliver high-quality hands-on output
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agentic AI workflows (n8n, Langdock, Claude, custom GPT setups) for research, content, or distribution automation
- Proven ability to run competitive intelligence at scale using AI tools
- Background in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
- Understanding of buying committees and Sales needs
Tasks
- Own product positioning and messaging
- Synthesize customer interviews and sales transcripts
- Analyze competitor data
- Create conversion-driving narratives using AI
- Plan GTM strategies for product launches
- Execute GTM strategies for commercial initiatives
- Build AI workflows for research, drafting, and distribution
- Oversee the launch playbook from brief to iteration
- Produce, iterate, and personalize sales content with AI
- Refine B2B website narrative and messaging
- Optimize messaging across customer journey touchpoints
- Conduct continuous competitive intelligence with AI
- Translate insights into messaging updates
- Partner with Product and GTM teams
- Align launch narratives across all touchpoints
