Requirements

  • •Production experience with Node.js
  • •Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
  • •Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
  • •Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
  • •Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • •Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
  • •Experience with TypeScript
  • •Experience with n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools
  • •Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
  • •Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
  • •Engineering-first mindset, with the ability to understand business context
  • •Proactive approach: going to people, understanding their work, and suggesting improvements
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • •Strong communication and collaboration across teams
