Requirements

  • •2–3+ years of proven experience in full stack engineering
  • •Strong frontend development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
  • •Solid backend development experience with Node.js and API design
  • •Comfortable working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
  • •API integration experience with REST APIs and modern patterns like tRPC
  • •Fluent English communication skills for technical discussions
  • •Comfortable working across the full stack
  • •Hands-on experience with Language Models and AI/ML integrations
  • •Enterprise software development experience with security and compliance considerations
  • •Experience with Redis for caching and session management
  • •Vector databases and semantic search implementation
  • •German language skills for direct customer communication
  • •Strong sense for user experience (UX) and experience with design systems

Tasks

  • •Develop product features from conception to deployment
  • •Build end-to-end solutions using Next.js, Node.js, and database layers
  • •Collaborate with the design team and customers for insights and feedback
  • •Implement user interfaces, including full screens and reusable components
  • •Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience
  • •Participate in 'Support Engineer' rotations to assist customers
