- Utilize Python, MCP servers, and n8n or Make
- Train AI Champions within each internal team
- Run hands-on workshops using real data
- Create a sustainable AI playbook for the organization
- Achieve measurable time savings in two teams within four weeks
- Define baselines and measure post-implementation impact
- Document all processes and results
- Report directly to the CEO to create operational leverage
