Tasks
- Enable technical adoption of OpenAI products
- Define effective enablement patterns for customer segments
- Manage customer training and enablement across the lifecycle
- Design and deliver high-impact training engagements
- Conduct onboarding sessions and advanced capability trainings
- Lead executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
- Engage audiences from senior leaders to working teams
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and business value
- Utilize structured enablement and deployment programs
- Ensure durable adoption at scale
- Collaborate with Sales, AI Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams
- Ensure seamless pre- to post-sale handoffs
- Maintain consistent customer experience
- Develop and refine training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Incorporate patterns from customers and regions
- Gather customer feedback from engagements
- Synthesize themes across customer accounts
- Relay insights to internal stakeholders
- Inform product and program improvements
