Tasks

- Work with FDE squads and PMs to make design decisions
- Provide structured feedback and unblock teams
- Ensure alignment without creating dependency
- Own the growth and quality of the agentic design pattern library
- Codify proven solutions from product work
- Document patterns for effective reuse
- Maintain visibility across active agentic design initiatives
- Identify and address risks, inconsistencies, and quality gaps
- Intervene with appropriate guidance to keep work on track
- Represent SCM in SAP-wide forums
- Ensure platform decisions meet SCM user needs
- Communicate relevant platform developments to teams
- Mentor T3 and T2 designers in agentic UX
- Provide structured feedback and design reviews
- Share deep expertise on AI-native interaction challenges
