- •5+ years of experience in Sales, After Sales, Commercial Operations, or Services
- •Proven track record in negotiating large-scale or complex deals
- •Strong skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI tools (Power BI/SAC), and advanced Excel
- •Excellent strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities
- •Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

- •Align regions through the After Sales Strategic Project Review
- •Support major negotiations with coaching or direct involvement

- •Ensure consistent global go/no-go logic
- •Analyze global tender pipelines and derive trends
- •Share insights with Technical Marketing, Standards, and Legal
- •Drive global strategy deployment by developing KAM frameworks
- •Create account plans and support regional engagement
- •Contribute to market and product strategies by aligning targets
- •Improve After Sales Market Strategies
- •Provide competitiveness input for product lifecycle decisions
