Tasks
- Lead a pod of AEs to consistent quota attainment
- Carry an individual quota and close deals
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and hands-on deal coaching
- Coach AEs on discovery, qualification, value articulation, and objection handling
- Ensure forecast accuracy and report to the VP of Sales
- Hire, onboard, and develop AEs
- Partner with the VP of Sales to refine the playbook
- Stay current on ERP and AI automation trends
