- •Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration industry or related sectors
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Familiarity with F-Gas regulation and/or ECHA processes
- •Education or experience in thermodynamics
- •Experience in regulatory strategy or influencing chemical substance regulation
- •Knowledge of broader chemical regulatory frameworks
- •Understanding of international policy, economics, and legislative processes
- •Strong teamwork orientation in multicultural and cross-functional settings

- •Support internal training on regulatory topics
