Requirements
- University degree (master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration industry or related sectors
- Fluency in English and German
- Familiarity with F-Gas regulation and/or ECHA processes
- Education or experience in thermodynamics
- Experience in regulatory strategy or influencing chemical substance regulation
- Knowledge of broader chemical regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of international policy, economics, and legislative processes
- Strong teamwork orientation in multicultural and cross-functional settings
Tasks
- Contribute to technical regulatory advocacy strategies
- Strengthen Chemours' position in EU and EMEA regulations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry associations
- Provide technical input on energy and sustainability regulations
- Monitor and analyze EU legislative developments
- Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory impacts
- Represent Chemours in technical working groups
- Engage with EU institutions and regulatory bodies
- Present arguments at industry events and policy forums
- Collaborate with internal teams on advocacy efforts
- Liaise with OEMs and technical organizations
- Support internal training on regulatory topics
- Promote integrity and ethical standards in engagements
