Requirements
- •Native or professional fluency in German and English
- •Strong prospecting skills
- •Proven track record in B2B sales or performance marketing
- •Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- •Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- •Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
- •Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- •Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
- •Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- •Experience in ad tech, social media marketing or performance advertising
- •Understanding of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- •Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- •Vertical-specific experience (e.g., ecom / Shopify)
- •Creative pitching and storytelling (Canva)
- •Multilingual communication skills

Tasks
- •Generate new business opportunities
- •Prospect and close advertising deals
- •Drive significant revenue growth in the DACH market
- •Act as a strategic consultant to advertisers
- •Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance
- •Identify and pitch advertising deals to meet quarterly targets
- •Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation
- •Create qualified opportunities through high-volume outreach
- •Build long-term relationships with key players in the DACH digital advertising market
- •Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to clients
- •Participate in key industry events and conferences
