Advertising & Campaigns Manager(m/w/x)
Planning and executing strategic advertising for bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings across European media. Understanding of business and media KPIs essential. Multi-channel campaigns including print, OOH, and ATV.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience
- University degree in business or similar
- Structured working and project management skills
- Solution focused mentality and communication skills
- Understanding of business and media KPIs
- Fluency in English and German knowledge
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau
Tasks
- Plan and execute strategic advertising activities across European media channels
- Design consumer journeys and integrated concepts for activation campaigns
- Create digital advertising materials including display banners and social ads
- Implement offline and digital campaigns like print, OOH, and ATV
- Manage forecasting, cost planning, and budget controlling for all activities
- Steer external media agencies to optimize campaign performance and KPIs
- Consult and train internal teams on multichannel media activities
- Provide data-driven proposals to support marketing activation decisions
- Generate performance reports and campaign potential analyses regularly
- Identify optimization opportunities using internal and external market insights
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage in-house multichannel advertising
- Evaluate campaign results to generate learnings for future improvements
