- •Degree or qualified training in marketing, communication, or media design
- •Several years of relevant professional experience
- •Proficiency in Typo3 and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint
- •Creative thinking, independent, structured, goal-oriented, and reliability in teamwork
- •Knowledge of photography and video
- •Fluency in spoken and written German, English, and Polish
Education
Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Support sales activities focused on Eastern Europe
- •Develop and implement creative campaigns and promotions
- •Act as the central interface between Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners
- •Plan and execute targeted sales promotions
- •Create promotional materials for key accounts
- •Ensure the Sales team is supplied with articles and advertising materials
- •Conceptualize and organize customer events
- •Provide on-site support for event execution
- •Create compelling communication materials for product launches
- •Develop powerful sales documents to position products
- •Manage budget control and agency briefings
- •Steer the success of marketing measures
- •Participate in internal projects and contribute to company development
