- •Understanding of business and media KPIs
- •Fluency in English and German knowledge
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent
- •Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau

- •Plan and execute strategic advertising activities across European media channels
- •Design consumer journeys and integrated concepts for activation campaigns
- •Create digital advertising materials including display banners and social ads
- •Implement offline and digital campaigns like print, OOH, and ATV
- •Manage forecasting, cost planning, and budget controlling for all activities
- •Steer external media agencies to optimize campaign performance and KPIs
- •Consult and train internal teams on multichannel media activities
- •Provide data-driven proposals to support marketing activation decisions
- •Generate performance reports and campaign potential analyses regularly
- •Identify optimization opportunities using internal and external market insights
- •Coordinate with stakeholders to manage in-house multichannel advertising
- •Evaluate campaign results to generate learnings for future improvements
