Requirements

  • •Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or comparable field
  • •Confident use of a 3D CAD program
  • •Knowledge in turbomachinery and/or sealing technology
  • •Team-oriented personality with structured and self-reliant working style
  • •Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
  • •High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • •Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in customer interaction

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Design and implement sealing solutions for turbomachinery and compressors
  • •Create test rigs and setups for compressor seal qualification and validation
  • •Develop customer-specific sealing solutions and adapt product lines to meet standards
  • •Serve as the technical lead contact for design-related matters with Sales, Manufacturing, and customers
  • •Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable sealing solutions for future energy infrastructure
  • •Collaborate closely with international design teams
  • •Work with external partners, research institutes, and suppliers throughout the order process
