Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (technician, master craftsman)
- Professional experience in the technical field, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
- Experience in using documentation systems (e.g., CRM)
- Communication skills, confident handling of customers on the phone
- Interest in continuous improvement of customer communication and further training
- English language skills
Tasks
- Receive inquiries from retailers and service partners via phone and email
- Advise customers on Webasto products and technical issues
- Document inquiries in Webasto's CRM system
- Create and apply question guides for standard inquiries
- Prepare data for internal issue tracking
- Participate in training courses to enhance knowledge
