Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or experience in administrative areas
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good command of German, written and spoken; English desirable
Tasks
- Register and issue time tracking cards
- Assist with setting up office workstations
- Manage and issue key cards for technicians and service providers
- Coordinate and receive technicians, janitorial services, and tradespeople
- Handle telephone calls
- Review and process time data in SAP
- Act as archive manager
- Create and forward monthly statistics to relevant departments
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Review and forward invoices
- Check and order office supplies, including food items
- Purchase necessary materials
- Host visitors
- Organize and host meetings
- Manage the petty cash
- File documents, including electronically
- Handle correspondence
- Onboard new employees
Work Experience
