- •Professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in an OEM and Tier 1 environment
- •Knowledge of international contract law and experience in international pricing
- •Strong intercultural competence
- •Ability to motivate colleagues and team members
- •Excellent communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
- •Very good command of German and English
- •Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and presentation
- •Excellent rhetorical and negotiation skills
