Tasks
- Own commercial growth and retention of diverse accounts

- Identify and approach new prospects in target market
- Drive renewals, reactivations, and upsells
- Leverage automation, data, and scaled communication
- Analyse account performance and pipeline health
- Guide strategy to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Research
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Maintain organised, data-backed account management
- Ensure visibility, prioritisation, and accountability
