  • Analyse account performance and pipeline health
  • Guide strategy to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Research
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience
  • Maintain organised, data-backed account management
  • Ensure visibility, prioritisation, and accountability
