Upselling and expanding SaaS relationships for an AI-powered Human Success Platform. English and German fluency required. Work from anywhere in Germany or Denmark, 10% development time.
Requirements
- English and German fluency
- Previous sales experience (SaaS preferred, not required)
- Understanding of "land and expand" strategy
- Comfortable calling customers and driving conversation
- Comfortable talking to users and buyers
- Results-oriented with structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC)
Tasks
- Grow existing customer portfolios
- Upsell and expand customer relationships
- Renew and increase prices
- Sell the Human Success Platform
- Conduct business reviews with HR leadership and executives
- Follow up and re-engage customers
- Navigate complex buying groups
- Understand customer buying processes
- Close full platform deals independently
- Hit sales quotas
- Adhere to the sales process
- Track deal progress and reasons
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
