- Understanding of "land and expand" strategy
- Comfortable calling customers and driving conversation
- Comfortable talking to users and buyers
- Results-oriented with structured sales methodology
Tasks
- Grow existing customer portfolios
- Upsell, expand, and renew customer accounts
- Increase prices for existing customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success and RevOps
- Engage with L&D specialists, HR Directors, and procurement professionals
- Sell the Human Success Platform
- Conduct business reviews with HR leadership and executives
- Follow up and re-engage customers
- Navigate complex buying groups
- Run structured business reviews
- Call customers to reconnect and move projects forward
- Prioritize conversations over lengthy email threads
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
