Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales management and development
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI in retail
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience
  • Ability to understand customer culture and needs
  • Experience with C level customers
  • Positive, customer centric attitude
  • Experience in forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Consultative selling skills including strong listening
  • Ability to gather detailed information on customers
  • Diligent, trustworthy, and efficient work manner
  • Strong verbal and communication skills in English
  • Expectation of travel to meet customers

  • Manage and grow key retail accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Work with partners to acquire new retail customers
  • Undertake relationship management with existing retail customers
  • Ensure monthly value recognition for customers
  • Position new Everseen products with existing customers
  • Develop a sales pipeline with targeted retail customers
  • Orchestrate and run major campaigns
  • Build relationships with support from the Everseen team
  • Position EverShelf and Evereagle within the EverCheck customer base
  • Utilize enterprise SaaS selling methodologies
  • Conduct comprehensive ROI analysis to support sales efforts
  • Establish and manage customer expectations regarding B2B requirements
  • Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day customer requests
  • Provide consistent updates to business and project teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ROI reviews
  • Collaborate with customer Business Teams and Everseen’s Delivery Team
  • Ensure professional management of project and system installation rollouts
  • Secure Proof of Concepts with new customers
  • Demonstrate business value to build revenue pipeline
