Account Manager / ACCOUNT MGR III(m/w/x)

Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in account management, particularly managing demanding automotive customers
- Expertise in contract negotiations, pricing, and financial evaluation
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and tactical thinking with a solution-oriented approach
- High customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills across management levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity in international business
- Experience with international customers and internal global teams
- Hands-on mentality and high personal initiative
- High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Experience using AI-powered tools for efficiency and optimization
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Very good command of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel formulas and functions
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills (negotiation-level, C1)
- Willingness to travel regularly for business
Tasks
- Manage multiple customers for sustainable revenue growth
- Handle the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing agreements
- Develop and maintain existing series production business
- Conduct annual price negotiations and manage customer requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Expand the existing product portfolio
- Present new products and solutions to customers
- Participate in customer-specific new product development
- Define and implement forward-looking sales strategies
- Share responsibility for pricing to increase profitability
- Build long-term customer relationships and networks
- Support global business operations with customers
- Manage contracts and claims with internal coordination
