Requirements
- English and German fluency
- 2+ years sales or Account Executive experience
- Proven track record meeting sales quotas
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Independent work and thrive in fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Tasks
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities
- Close new business deals
- Expand key accounts
- Manage full sales cycle
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Present solutions aligned to customer needs
- Develop expertise in Kaseya’s product portfolio
- Communicate value propositions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide accurate pipeline updates
- Forecast sales activity
- Report sales activities to leadership
- Represent Kaseya at industry events
- Strengthen market presence in DACH region
